Policy, Planning and Government Relations
The Policy, Planning and Government Relations Unit is responsible for researching and analyzing public health policies, and advocates for the adoption of science-based public health laws, rules and regulations. The unit assesses and identifies public health needs, works to allocate appropriate resources through collaboration with community partners and facilitates ongoing communication with local elected officials.
