Application Process: Applications must be submitted in person, and therefore cannot currently be accepted online or via mail, fax or email. To speed the application process, you may wish to download the Cook County Employment Application Form prior to visiting our office. Forms may be completed in advance, but should not be signed or dated until they are presented in the Human Resources office.
Application forms must be submitted in person at the main office of the Bureau of Human Resources at 118 N. Clark Street, Room 834, are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
Applicants must present a photo ID for verification purposes.
Applications must be completed in full. Copies of all required diplomas, degrees and licenses must be provided at the time of application.
All applicants must meet minimum stated qualifications in order to be considered for interview.
