COVID-19 Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requests

Organizations in Cook County Department of Public Health’s jurisdiction including suburban Cook County hospitals, long-term care facilities, homeless shelters, community-based organizations, schools, and other organizations may request PPE and other resources (masks, gloves, gowns, face shields, goggles, and thermometers) from CCDPH.

Please note:

• Police, fire, fire protection districts and emergency management agencies should submit their PPE resource requests to the Cook County Department of Emergency Management and Regional Security (DEMRS), through WebEOC. Requests made to CCDPH will be referred to DEMRS. Please contact your EMRS regional coordinator for any questions.
• CCDPH’s jurisdiction does not include: Chicago, Evanston, Oak Park, Skokie and Stickney Township.
• Requestors may not receive everything that is requested.
