Better Health: The Foundation for Learning School Health Conference 2019

Please join Cook County Department of Public Health (CCDPH) and other public health, behavioral, nursing and school health experts for updates related to mental health resources, chronic and communicable disease prevention and control. This FREE meeting is for suburban Cook County staff involved in helping students and their families optimize physical, emotional and social health outcomes.

This activity will provide 5.3 contact hours. Cook County Health (www.cookcountyhhs.org ) is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Ohio Nurses Association, an accredited approver of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. (OBN-001-91) (OH-379, 10/1/2019) Illinois Association of School Social Workers (IASSW) is an approved provider of CPDUs and CEUs for Behavioral Health staff, administrators and PE teachers. Criteria for successful completion: Must attend entire conference and complete an evaluation at the end of conference. There is no conflict of interest among planners and presenters.
