As the Area Agency on Aging of suburban Cook County since 1974, AgeOptions advocates, plans, coordinates and funds services for older adults. Together with a network of community-based senior service organizations, we connect residents with vital services such as information and assistance, community dining programs and home-delivered meals, housekeeping help, access to benefits and support for family caregivers
Our Involvement With Healthy Hotspot
AgeOptions was a founding member, and continues to actively participate in, the Alliance for Healthy & Active Communities. We are proud to be part of a multi-sector collaborative that advances population-based policy, systems and environmental improvement strategies that promote healthier living for the residents of suburban Cook County. AgeOptions helps older adults in suburban Cook County live their lives to the fullest by empowering them with information and resources.
