Pillars Community Health (PCH )’s mission is to provide health and social services to build strong, healthy communities.  They are committed to providing integrated care to those most in need, including the underserved, uninsured, those facing financial and linguistic barriers to care, and those experiencing homelessness. 

PCH serves approximately 10,000 individuals each year. They have provided care to meet the changing needs in western Cook County for nearly 100 years and are embedded in target communities with offices in Berwyn, La Grange Park, La Grange, Western Springs, and Hickory Hills and Constance Morris House, our domestic violence shelter (undisclosed location). Pillars provides community -based services in many area schools, hospitals and two courthouses.PCH provides local access to care for individuals and families primarily residing in 21 communities (17 zip codes) in west suburban Cook and eastern DuPage Counties.  PCH disseminates CCDPH COVID-19 information and materials via multiple channels in order to reach the individuals and families they serve.
