Immunization Clinics
July 2026 – October 2026
CCDPH is providing back-to-school immunizations at no cost for the 2026-27 school year to suburban Cook County children ages 6 months to 18 years old, regardless of immigration or insurance status, now through mid-October. Registration encouraged. Walk-ins welcome. See clinic schedule.
Vaccination clinics made possible with funding from the Illinois Department of Public Health.
Available Vaccines
- Diphtheria/Pertussis/Tetanus (DTP, DTaP and/or Tdap)
- Polio (IPV)
- Measles/Mumps/Rubella (MMR)
- Hepatitis B (HepB)
- Varicella (VAR Chickenpox)
- Haemophilus influenzae type B (Hib)
- Human Papillomavirus (HPV)
- Pneumococcal Conjugate (PCV13)
- Meningitis Conjugate (MCV4, MenACWY)
