Immunization Clinics

July 2026 – October 2026

CCDPH is providing back-to-school immunizations at no cost for the 2026-27 school year to suburban Cook County children ages 6 months to 18 years old, regardless of immigration or insurance status, now through mid-October. Registration encouraged. Walk-ins welcome. See clinic schedule.

Vaccination clinics made possible with funding from the Illinois Department of Public Health.

Available Vaccines

• Diphtheria/Pertussis/Tetanus (DTP, DTaP and/or Tdap)
• Polio (IPV)
• Measles/Mumps/Rubella (MMR)
• Hepatitis B (HepB)
• Varicella (VAR Chickenpox)
• Haemophilus influenzae type B (Hib)
• Human Papillomavirus (HPV)
• Pneumococcal Conjugate (PCV13)
• Meningitis Conjugate (MCV4, MenACWY)

Registration encouraged. Walk-ins welcome. Additional dates and locations may be added to the schedule as we get more requests for clinics from partners. Please check this webpage weekly for possible updates.

We follow the recommended vaccination schedules of the American Academy of Pediatrics and CDC youth immunization schedule from Aug. 7, 2025.
