Family Christian Health Center (FCHC) is a federally qualified health center (FQHC) providing holistic care to meet the physical, spiritual, emotional, psychological, and financial needs of their patients. With clinics in Dolton, Harvey, and Lynwood, IL, FCHC provides Pediatric and Family Care, OB/GYN, Dental, Urgent Care, Disease Management and Behavioral Health. FCHC provides services to 22,000 patients annually across 59 zip codes spanning Cook, Will, and Grundy Counties in Illinois as well as Lake County in Indiana.
Through the COVID-19 Community Supports Program, FCHC provides COVID-19 testing, education and outreach, and has expanded services to the following south suburban Cook County communities, cities and/or townships: Calumet City, Chicago Heights, Dolton, Harvey, Lynwood, Markham, Hazel Crest, Lansing, South Holland, Country Club Hills, Riverdale, Blue Island, Crete, Flossmoor, Frankfort, Glenwood, Homewood, Matteson, Midlothian, Oak Forest, Olympia Fields, Park Forest, Posen, Richton Park, Robbins, Steger, Thornton, Tinley Park, and Alsip.
