Get your child ready for the new school year! Join CCDPH at our free Back-to-School Vaccination Clinic in Hillside, IL!

Proviso West High School – 4701 Harrison St. Hillside, IL
School-required and recommended childhood vaccines will be available for suburban Cook County children ages 6 months to 18 years. Vaccines are provided at no cost, regardless of insurance or immigration status.
Vaccination clinics are made possible through funding from the Illinois Department of Public Health and are provided by CIMPAR.
