Join District 15, the United Palatine Coalition and CCDPH for a free presentation for parents about vaccines, followed by a community vaccination clinic!
Dr. Hannah Gaddam, pediatrician and resident medical officer at Cook County Health, will discuss vaccine history, myths and facts, and vaccine hesitancy, followed by an extended Q&A. Spanish interpretation will also be available.
Vaccines are provided at no cost, regardless of insurance or immigration status. Vaccination clinics are made possible through funding from the Illinois Department of Public Health and are provided by CIMPAR.
