Efrat Dallal Stein is Director of Public Health Communications at Cook County Department of Public Health, where she oversees the department’s communications, marketing and media relations unit. Efrat has 23 years of communications expertise and worked in public health, government spaces and the nonprofit healthcare sector. She has deep expertise in media relations, marketing strategy and digital marketing. Efrat is committed to transforming the overall health of suburban cook county that leads to improved quality of life through education, access to resources and public awareness. Efrat earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications at the University of Illinois.
