Healthy Beginnings is a comprehensive maternal and child health initiative serving birthing individuals and infants (up to 12 months) across suburban Cook County.

The program aims to reduce maternal and infant morbidity and mortality through case management, resource connection, and coordination, delivering respectful, high-quality home-based care.
