The Link & Option Center, Inc. (TLOC) is a community-based comprehensive behavioral healthcare organization incorporated in 1995. TLOC provides a suite of human services, mental health and addiction treatment services, and recovery services for adults, seniors, children and adolescents, as well as their families. The Mission of The Link & Option Center is to empower people with quality prevention and intervention services by coordinating and integrating services among systems of care and community resources. TLOC is a Joint Commission accredited outpatient Community Mental Health Center (CMHC) located in South Holland, IL. TLOC provides COVID-19 testing, education and outreach.
