CCDPH is hosting back-to-school immunizations at no cost for the 2026-27 school year for children ages 6 months to 18 years old, regardless of immigration or insurance status.

  • Haemophilus influenzae type B (Hib)
  • Pneumococcal Conjugate (PCV13)
  • Meningitis Conjugate (MCV4, MenACWY)
