COVID-19 Community Vaccination Program

The Cook County Department of Public Health is partnering with over 90 sites to provide vaccine administration throughout the county. We will be adding additional sites and resources over the coming weeks and months to meet the challenge of equitably vaccinating our 2.5 million residents. Vaccine supply is extremely limited, so we ask for your patience throughout this process.
