Dead Bird Sighting Report

Only report dead birds June 1 through September 30 if there is no obvious cause of death other than disease. Birds with obvious injuries such as wounds or missing parts, crushed carcasses and birds found along roadways should not be reported.

Please do not report dead pigeons, ducks, geese, chickens, other large birds and endangered species on this form.
