CCDPH is pleased to offer free condoms by mail to residents of suburban Cook County.

To help us serve as many residents as possible, requests are limited to up to 10 condoms per order. Deliveries are available to addresses within suburban Cook County only, excluding Chicago, Evanston, Skokie, Oak Park, and Stickney Township. These communities are served by their own state-certified health departments and are outside CCDPH’s service area.
