This activity has no commercial support.  There was no conflict of interest or lack thereof declared by the planners and presenters.  This activity provided 5.4 hours of Continuing Education Units or Professional Development Units.  CEUs/PDUs were awarded per attendance at the entire Conference and successful completion of the evaluation form.

Cook County Health and Hospital System (OH-379, 10/01/2016) is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Ohio Nurses Association (OBN-001-91) (OH-379, 10/1/2019), an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.  PDUs were provided by Moraine Valley Community College and South Cook ISC for eligible participants.
