Seasons Community Outreach Services’ mission is to empower individuals, families and communities to gain knowledge, skills and resources that promote self-sufficiency and improve quality of life. In pursuit of this mission, Seasons advocates on behalf of individuals, families and communities whom they serve in order to eliminate or reduce barriers. Seasons provides access to educational and economic resources to increase self-sufficiency and helps identify and reduce the causes and effects of poverty.
Seasons provides services to thousands of individuals and families each year by participating in programs such as the Low-Income Energy Assistance Program, workforce development programs, healthy homes and healthy communities’ programs. The populations that Seasons reaches include low-income individuals and families, including seniors and disabled individuals.
